Rock n' Roll Marathon Bike Tour to benefit Komen

SAN ANTONIO—The bike tour edition of San Antonio's first Rock n' Roll Marathon will benefit the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation, known as "Komen". The Dallas-based organization is the largest breast cancer organization in the U.S. Their website is ww5.komen.org.

The already sold out tour will cover a 22-mile route and take place on Sunday, Nov. 13, 2011 prior to the marathon races. The event was limited to 1000 riders for a course that begins at the intersection of Alamo and Market and routes through the King William District and the Mission Trails before returning to the start line.
